Kimberlie is a serial entrepreneur who has already taken two startups from conception through public offering. She has been a top executive at eight venture-backed companies. She is an experienced business and patent attorney who specialized in major technology transactions for technology and life science companies. Kimberlie holds an undergraduate degree in biochemistry from the University of Illinois, a Masters of Science in biochemical pharmacology from New York University, a Masters of Business Administration from the University of San Francisco, and is a graduate of the Hastings College of the Law. Tiatros is a startup in private beta.

MaryAnn is currently the Chief Executive Officer, and co-founder of BioAccel a non-profit organization dedicated to transforming discoveries into new business opportunities that accelerate commercialization of life science technologies. MaryAnn and the BioAccel team manage the new City of Peoria medical device incubator bringing together the ideas of —Innovation — Incubation and — Acceleration to produce economic outcomes for the City. Prior to joining BioAccel, MaryAnn served as President of TGen Accelerators, LLC and Chief Business Officer at TGen. She is experienced in creating novel programs to accelerate the transfer of technology and has spent much of her career managing and operating successful and progressive health, science and technology businesses. Ms. Guerra is an expert at business development and strategic planning initiatives that create organizations poised to deliver clinical and research outcomes. Ms. Guerra has also held various senior level positions at the National Institutes of Health.
